I recommend laying out everyone's clothes for the next day on the night before. Also, pack any lunches, diaper bags, bags you take to work, etc. the night before. I always make sure my 2 year old's diaper bag is packed the night before, so that I can grab it and go in the morning. My husband and I always lay out the clothes we will be wearing the next day. I lay out my daughter's outfit as well. I don't just do this on work days. I also do this on weekends for Sunday morning when we are going to church. It makes my mornings much less stressful, and that's always a plus!
