Save and/or Make Money on Children's Clothes at Consignment Sales
There are a few different children's consignment sales in my area (Cullman, AL) each spring and fall. The first one this year is Wee Swap. This is a more upscale sale, so it's the perfect place to look for church clothes, Easter dresses, etc. at great prices. It's also a great place to sell those items and make some extra cash. This sale is scheduled for February 26 -March 2 and will be held at the Atrium on Highway 157 in Cullman. Click here for more information about this sale.
The second and largest sale is Cullman Kid's Mart, which is being held March 22nd - 24th. This sale will also be located at the Atrium on Highway 157 in Cullman. This is by far the largest sale in the area, and you can find everything from clothes and toys to bumbo seats, diaper bags, beds, bedding, and more. I would highly recommend this sale for first time moms (or any moms) who are on a budget. You can buy car seats, strollers, bouncy seats, bath tubs, high chairs - basically anything and everything you would need for your little one, and you will get it for a fraction of the retail price. For more information about the sale, please click here.
There is also usually a sale held at Daystar Church and Northbrook Baptist Church, but I am unsure if they are still being held and/or the dates of those sales. If I find out any more information, I will post it here.
On thing to remember about these sales is that there is a very specific way that you need to tag the items you are consigning. Please read the guidelines on the website before you get started.
